Minimum Stay

Deposit
A 30% deposit is payable when making the booking (if booking more than 45 days in advance). Full payment must be made 45 days prior to arrival. If payment is not received within this time, the reservation may be cancelled at our discretion (although we will of course endeavour to contact you before this happens).
Payment can be made by bank transfer.
Checking in and out
Check in is from 12 noon. Keys are handed over on arrival at the airport or heliport. Loss of keys will incur a fine.
Check out is by 12 noon unless otherwise agreed. On departure, please leave the keys on the hall table.
Cancellations
Cancellation will be effective from the date it is received and acknowledged. It is recommended that a cancellation request is sent by recorded delivery, or fax to the person you have booked the accommodation with.
If cancellation is made more than 46 days prior to arrival, the 30% deposit will be withheld.
If cancellation is made between 45 and 15 days prior to arrival, the total rental fee is payable.
If cancellation is made during the stay, and is not due to force majeure, the total rental fee is payable.
In cases where the property is severely damaged by natural causes, or made uninhabitable due to unforeseen circumstances or through severe accident (this must be verified by a competent, independent authority), the full price for the number of remaining days will be refunded, or alternative accommodation in a comparable property (subject to availability) offered.
General care and loss or damage
Please treat this property as you would your own home. Children should be supervised to avoid harm to themselves or damage to the property. We cannot accept responsibility for accidents or damage to people or property owing to negligence or insufficient supervision.
The owner may inspect the property at any time during the daytime. You will be informed beforehand so as not to cause any inconvenience.
If anything is found damaged or missing, it must be paid for in full. Please inform us (or the maid) of any damage or loss occurring during your stay.
Please do not move furniture or appliances.
Please bring your own beach towels. Bathroom towels are not to be used as beach towels: spoiling them may incur a fine.
Disclaimer
Whilst every effort has been taken to describe the property in accurate detail, the owners can not accept any liability in the event that the holiday is rendered disappointing or spoilt because of weather conditions, governmental activities, public feasts, etc over which the owners can have no control. However every effort will be made to minimize any such nuisances if they do occur, at no extra charge.
